A little story: recently after attending a homeste

A little story: recently after attending a homesteading conference I came away thinking I needed to get rid of my 5 runner ducks (also known as "The Doodles") because no matter how funny and adorable, they make too much extra work for me. But before I could get too serious about re-homing them one of them alerted so loud and so long I had to go outside to see what she and the less verbal goats were so upset about. Turned out to be a deathly sick coyote pup IN THE YARD!!! Well, Daisy the Danger-Declarer-Duck just did it again! When I looked out the window I saw this had landed in the tree over the coop! Sorry Mr. Heron, I have no baby chicks or fish for you today😍 #guardduck #blueheron #natureisamazing #homesteadanimals #runnerducks
