Outside the window leaves march eastward calling an end to all things green and blooming. Yet inside something stirs. Amidst this outward season of fading glory and stealing winds new life stirs within. It calls us to remember who we are.
You, who have weathered mighty storms and endured seasons of captivity, take Hope. All difficult things can be redeemed. Everything will be made useful in the process of transformation.
Nature instructs. Whether seed or caterpillar the miracle of transformation requires first a yielding… then a trusting stillness… followed by an obedient pressing forward.
Remember… You were born with the seeds of your destiny within you. It’s NEVER too late.
Consider… “Is anything too hard for the LORD?” Genesis 18:14

I had a dream someone recommended a special book to me and the only part I could remember was “Joanna breaking free,” so I searched online and it led me here.
Although it’s the start of the summer and not the season this was likely written in, it speaks to some personal struggles I’ve been dealing with. Thank you for your writing.
Wow Desiree, I love that dream! It’s actually what’s happening in my world as we speak. You pointing me back to the message my past self wrote, actually speaks to me now. I love how the Lord can use even my own writings to encourage others as well as my present day self : ) Blessings to you and thank you for sharing! I hope to be writing much more very soon.
